Users with securities account can open a crypto account by the following steps:
1) Enter specific coin codes such as "BTC" in the search bar. After entering the quote page, click on the "Trade" button at the bottom of the page.
2) Going to the trading permission activation page and select "Crypto". You need to pass the Risk Profiling Questionnaire, Virtual Asset Exposure Limit Evaluation, and Virtual Asset Knowledge Test, and read the relevant risk disclosure before you can open a crypto account.
Crypto accounts require sufficient fiat to trade.
Currently, we only support transferring fiat from a securities account to a crypto account by cash transfer.
Path: App > Account > Transfers > Cash Transfer > Select USD/HKD > Select crypto account for transfer in/out
You can enter the trade page to place an order on the App.
Click on the search button on the top right corner > enter the trading pair (such as BTCUSD) > click to enter the market page of the trading pair > click on the trading button on the bottom left corner.
