What are the components of funds on hold

1. Pending Orders

Refers to the amount of pending orders.

For example, a purchase of $100 in BTC/USD would result in a freeze amount of $100 while the order is pending. After the order is filled or cancelled, this portion of frozen funds will be zeroed out.

2. Crypto Transaction Fee

It refers to the fees held in reserve to be paid. Once the order is filled, these reserved transaction fees will be deducted. If the order is cancelled, these reserved transaction fees will be released.

Note: As the intraday transaction fees are estimated fees, they may differ from the actual fees. Please refer to the actual fees in the statement.

3. Cash Transfer

When initiating a transfer from a crypto account to a securities account, the funds will be frozen until the processing is completed. Once the processing is completed, the funds will be deducted from a crypto account and transfer to a securities account.
